Our Recruitment Process
Balıkçı Metal conducts a professional recruitment process aimed at matching the right candidates with the right positions. Applications are evaluated by our Human Resources department, and candidates considered suitable for the position are invited to the interview process.
During the recruitment process, candidates’ experience, technical competencies, communication skills, and adaptability to teamwork are taken into consideration. If the evaluation process is completed positively, candidates are informed accordingly and the onboarding process is planned.
